How to find an assistant

How you do find the perfect assistant?

My business really started to expand more rapidly once I made the big decision to hire an assistant.  I couldn’t really afford it at the time, and many weeks I felt like I was working to pay her, but I knew that to move forward, I had to start delegating.  It was the right decision to make, and it has paid off.  My assistant, Rachel, has been a loyal team member who has played a large part in the success of my business since she has been with me the past two and a half years.

Many of my clients and customers have asked my advice on how to hire their own Rachel.  (And a few people have even tried to hire Rachel for themselves!)  What that tells me is that my clients are just as happy with her as I am, which is exactly the type of person you want to hire.  If clients aren’t raving about your team members, you probably need to look deeper at the situation. Here is a brief ad that you can use to hire your own Rachel. Please people, she is not available for hire so please accept my help in finding your own. ;)
